The accommodation was adequate for my needs during my business trip which lasted a few months. The location of the hotel was very central and convenient as it was in the main street of the city. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the secure parking which gave peace of mind to leave the car overnight. the friendly and down-to-earth staff made it a pleasant experience.
The hotel lacked luxury. The cleanliness of the carpets and tiles needed to be improved.

The location of the hotel was great, situated on the outskirts near the wall which reek of high school pranks. It was conveniently close to a casino and Victoria Street where there were lots of good restaurants. the room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.
The hotel had a bit of a tired feel and could use some double glazing on the windows to reduce noise levels.

Excellent location, friendly staff
Lights were really dim, and no reading light in the room. Also felt that the photos in the pictures on your site were suggestive off a higher standard of quality than we found.

Good location in Victoria street which has lots of good restaurants and bars. Free parking. Unlimited wifi acess. Free newspaper. Computers with internet access available in lobby. Friendly staff
Only kettle microwave and toaster in room for cooking but gives you a good excuse to eat out.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants which was great for our romantic escape. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the powerful shower and the fact that the hotel offered undercover parking for our car.
The walls were thin and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms which was not ideal for a romantic getaway. although the room was generally clean, we did notice some spots that hadn't been properly cleaned.

Small hotel, recently refurbished, clean, offering good value with Car Parking and Internet access included in the rate.
Night service poor due to small size.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect as it was close to all the bars and right in the centre of town. This allowed me to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants. Additionally, the room itself was great with a large and comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely the awesome bathroom, which had all the basic amenities I needed. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay again.
All was great during my stay, nothing to complain about.

Free Wi Fi and central location
No shampoo and soap dispensor took a lot of work to actually give you any soap. Decor and view were dreadful with sparse furnishings and seriously minimilistic look. The price was way too high and we can only assume this was increased due to the fact the rugby match was on. We paid more for one nights accomodation here than we did in Auckland.

Location, cost, spacious room and friendly staff. Overall very good. I would stay again.
Clean under the rim of the toilet! Car parking was difficult when last in and had to park outside in the rain.
